FAQs

The best place to start is with your favorite, high quality photos of the subject. From there, we can discuss what will capture the subject best – either a combination of photos, or a single image. A single photo is ideal, but multiple compatible photos can also be combined into a composite portrait. I’ll share my thoughts on what I feel will translate best into oil paint, but ultimately will defer to you on the final choice of image(s).

Though I do not offer sketches or progress photos, an image of the finished piece will be shared upon completion. If any adjustments or tweaks need to be made, I’ll be more than happy to do so (at no extra cost).

Yes! I have a Google Meet Scheduler where you can book a call with me. We can have the call over Google Meet (video, or voice only) using the link that will be automatically emailed to you. If you’d like to talk at a time outside of my general availability, please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate. Corresponding over email, rather than phone, is also perfectly acceptable!
